1. Size: You can choose between a 6" wheel or a 4.25" wheel. The 4.25" fits easily into a pocket while the 6" piece gives a larger print and more advertising space.
2. Print: Spot color print or four color process. With spot colors the colors are individually printed one at a time. This is the most cost effective method if 1-3 colors are desired.
Four color process print allows a picture or a multi-colored logo to be printed on the wheel however is more expensive but can make the wheel a lot more attractive.
3. Units: We can print the unit in either pounds or inches (imperial) or centimeters and kilograms.
4. Adult or Pediatric or both: If you require a wheel for adults then a regular 2 wheel BMI wheel will do the job. If your target audience is both adult and pediatric then its best to opt for a 3 wheel unit that has three wheels, an adult one on the first side and a pediatric wheel on the opposite side. We can make a pediatric only wheel too.
Cheapest option: Two wheel 4.25" wheel with one color screen print
Most expensive: 4.25" three wheel with 4 color process print
